SUMMARY:Culture and Birding in Rome
DESCRIPTION:The eternal city of Rome is a must visit. Sure\, the Coliseum was awarded one of the ‘new’ 7 wonders \, but Rome is so much more. Even the three full day we have in the city does not allow to see everything\, but you will get the most essential. What is less known is that there is surprisingly good birding to done not far from Rome. The birding part of this trip targets Rock Partridge a European endemic\, Brown Bear\, Yelkouan Shearater and Scopoli’s Shearwater.\nIt is important to book early to be able to secure the time slots for the cultural sites. We limit this pilot trip to max 6 people.\nIt is possibly to add a pretour to Tuscany and Comacchio for more culture and birdwatching.
